The story of the name "ROAM”

We named our performance review process ROAM because we wanted something that encompasses the basics of what this process means (ReflectOwnAlign, and Measure) ****in a one word that fits our goal to see growth as a journey, not a checkbox.

Yes, we know our product helps people avoid roaming data charges but that’s not what inspired the name. In this case, ROAM is about your personal and professional growth, not mobile fees. 😉
