What Does “Fully Remote" Actually Mean Here

It's a fair question, and one we hear often.

Fully remote. No offices. No "come in three days a week." You won’t be asked to come into an office or follow set in-person schedules, because we don’t have one. Our team works across 50+ countries, and we’re set up to collaborate well across time zones.

• Work from anywhere in Spain. Your home, a café, or a different timezone for a while.
• Async by default. We write things down, share context, and don't expect instant replies, so you can do focused work on your schedule.
• A setup that supports you. A work from anywhere stipend to get your space right, plus a €50 monthly compensación por teletrabajo paid on top of your salary that can be used for your remote work space or to work with team members in the region!

Airalo Away

Once a year, we come together in person for Airalo Away, our global team retreat. It’s a chance to step out of day-to-day work, meet the people you usually only see on screen, and spend time together outside of Slack and Notion.
