We use designated tools for work-related conversations to maintain transparency, security, and accessibility.

Respecting Time Off and Boundaries

We value work-life balance and encourage everyone to disconnect outside working hours.

• Do not expect immediate responses outside of a colleague’s working hours.
• Avoid messaging or tagging people on time off unless it’s truly urgent.
• Use Slack statuses and calendar blocks to indicate availability.
